Wow that's quite a few issues picked ...Hi Tim,<br /><br />Wow that's quite a few issues picked up in the independent inspection. It has re-affirmed with me that this is an essential part of building a new home and I will be discussing it with our CSC and Site Supervisor prior to construction commencing (which for us will be in a few weeks). I guess your inspector told you when the best time for an inspection would be? I also assume you have to let Metricon know well in advance of the date of the inspection?
