We had been under the impression that our block isn't wide enough. Still struggling and meanwhile, I'm working out demolition procedures. It is more complicated than just getting a demolisher to do the job! I'm going to read your page on demolition, I need the advice.New and Abouthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03824188215217637822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-475803884920956551.post-89735960358260626612012-01-31T21:14:41.504+11:002012-01-31T21:14:41.504+11:00We've recently built with M - they reduced the...We've recently built with M - they reduced the size of the garage to fit our preferred house onto our block. 4.5cm shouldn't be a problem for them. If they can't/won't, then they're probably not building with! Also be sure to take into account you usually can't build to 100% of the land available (eg if you have a 14m wide block, you can't build a 14m wide house to accommodate rescode requirement for setback and side spacing)

T&TT&Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13444351220885130201noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-475803884920956551.post-77099805437048990722012-01-16T08:44:46.786+11:002012-01-16T08:44:46.786+11:00Hi Tina and Tim,
